Douce Provence de Vilmorin is a low-growing round pea of an early and rustic variety.Douce Provence produces showy and voluminous pods.

HOW TO USE
Sowing
Sow from February to April 4-5 seeds in small shallow holes 40 cm apart in all directions, or lines 60 cm apart sowing a grain every 2-3 cm.
A few days after emergence, lightly work the soil surface to remove weeds and aerate the soil.
Group
When your pea plants are 10-15cm tall, lightly work the surface of the soil a second time and bring a little soil to the foot of the peas.
Harvest
Harvest from May to July. In mild winter times, you can plant peas from October to November for a harvest from April to May.
ADVICE AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Round peas are resistant to cold and moisture during the germination period.
It is best to harvest young peas when they are tender.
Peas like to have fennel, cucumber, lettuce and carrots close by.
