Return conditions
According to Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, you have 14 calendar days to return the purchased item. If the return period ends on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it is extended until the first business day. The period begins to count from the day the order is received by the client or the person indicated by him. Once the 14 calendar days have expired, it will not be possible to return the item. All packages containing a product for return must have the following legend written in one place and in perfectly legible characters: I AUTHORIZE THE RECIPIENT TO OPEN THIS PACKAGE PRIOR TO ACCEPTING IT.
WITHDRAWAL OF PURCHASE
To return a purchase made on the website www.comercialmida.es, you must send an email to the address info@comercialmida.es making an unequivocal statement that you wish to exercise that right. Likewise, it will be necessary to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.a.

COST OF RETURN EXPENSES
They will be paid, in any case, by the buyer, except for returns that are the result of an error attributable to our company. Shipping costs paid will not be refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total amount paid. We recommend using certified mail for returns or exchanges in order to ensure the arrival of the items.
HANDLING BY THE BUYER
The returned items must be in the same state in which you receive them, without tampering and/or broken seals or packaging.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your purchase is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

LATE REFUNDS
If you still haven't received a refund, please check your bank account again. If you have not received it, contact your bank and/or credit card provider as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

The expenses derived from shipping and return for exchanges will be paid by the buyer.
GIFTS
If the item you purchased was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift card for the amount paid. Once the returned item is received, the aforementioned gift card will be sent to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift was ordered for delivery to you, we'll send a refund to the gift giver and they'll find out about your return.
OUTLET
Returns or refunds will only be accepted for products in our outlet category that do not correspond to the specifications, damages, expiration dates or defects indicated in the advertisement of said product.
