The BASIC tape is ideal for the assembly of short length electric fences. The manufacturer of such a product establishes a 3-year guarantee for the UV resistance of the plastic material (in normal Central European conditions). Its yellow/orange color makes it extremely visible to avoid incidents. It also has a breaking load of 60 Kg, a resistance of 11 (Ohm/m) (Ohm) and the Ø of the stainless steel wire is 4 x 0.16 (mm). Its length is 250m and its width is 10mm.

The BASIC tape is ideal for farms and land where the cattle to be delimited are of the equine , bovine, goat, pig and sheep type. However, it can be used in other types of livestock with similar characteristics, always with a prior assessment by the installer.

What is it for?

The wires and tapes for shepherds are used fundamentally to fence farms and land where our animals are to prevent them from escaping and/or losing themselves at times when we cannot take care of the herd.

What other material do I need to install a fence?

To install an efficient and effective fence, it is necessary to take into account that we have to establish posts along the entire perimeter of the property, at a distance that allows optimal stability throughout the whole. Likewise, we have to install, on the posts that we use, the corresponding insulators for a perfect assembly. Finally, we can acquire a tensioner for maximum comfort when tightening the thread or tape of the entire circuit.
