Aromas del Chef is a product that facilitates the preparation of smoked foods . Smoking is a process that is done to food through smoke. This smoke, coming from previously moistened wood so that it does not ignite and therefore last longer in our barbecue, will give our food a different touch of great flavour.

HOW TO USE. How to use the OkFuego Flower barbecue smokers.
When the grill is hot at 200-250º remove the protective plastic from the tray.
- On the gas barbecue place the smoker tray on the grate above the burners and when the smoke is going put the food on the grill next to the tray and close the lid.
- On the charcoal barbecue, place the tray directly on the coals under the barbecue grate and when the smoke is going, put the food on the grate to cover it with aluminum foil to retain the smoke.
The approximate duration of smoking is 20-30 minutes with indirect heat. It is recommended that in the gas barbecue if the fire is too intense the tray can generate flames, to avoid this, sprinkle a few drops of water on the tray before placing it on the barbecue.
