HOW TO USE. How the DFV Dog Parvo Corona Test is performedV?
To carry out the test, you must open the envelope only at the moment in which the test is going to be carried out, keeping the device on a flat surface without moving it.
- Take the fecal sample with the collector directly from the poop or by collecting directly from the animal's anus. Insert the end of the collector with the sample into the tube with buffer. You will need to shake the collector for 15 seconds inside the tube to extract the sample.
- Take out and keep the device on a flat surface without moving it.
- Using the pipette, deposit 4 drops (120 μ) of buffer with sample into each of the two circular wells, avoiding depositing large particles.
- After 20 minutes from the time you added the sample buffer, examine the result.
Reading the results:
Positive (+): A color band will be shown in the test zone (T) and another in the control zone (C).
Negative (-): A colored band will be shown only in the control area (C).
Invalid (NV): It is recommended to repeat the test if the control zone (C) is free of alterations.
CONSERVATION
It is recommended to store at room temperature below 30ºC. Does not need refrigeration. Do not freeze. The product must be protected from direct sunlight. Properly stored, the product is stable and will remain in good condition until the expiration date indicated on it.
