COMPOSITION

  • Citric acid monohydrate and Citric acid anhydrous.

  • ENOCIT contains citric acid greater than 99%.

DOSAGE AND METHOD OF USE

  • From 5 to 60g per hectoliter, depending on the case.

  • Dissolve ENOCIT in a small volume of wine and add to the entire tank. Homogenize carefully.

  • Once the container is opened, use the product quickly.
