Type: Substrato

The substrate de Flower for bonsai is designed from a Japanese formula that guarantees a correct development of these delicate plants. Its composition is made from materials that favor the water drainage , such as silica sand and volcanic clay, which prevents it from being waterlogged and can weaken the specimens. This type of substrate is porous and it is made up of granules that have internal cavities where water can seep and lodge. It is resistant to mechanical abrasion produced by irrigation and temperature changes over the years, because bonsai are generally transplanted after 2-3 years.
