RECOMMENDED DOSE
Oral Paste: 1 syringe will be administered before intense exercise. If you want to improve the efficacy, another syringe will be administered 24 hours before it.
Powder: 1 measure equivalent to 30 g per day will be administered for at least 10 days before the competition for maximum effectiveness.
