Yes, as long as you have the Phytosanitary Product Applicator Card in force you can continue buying Phytosanitary Products for Professional Use , but you must do it in person at any distributor or specialized establishment that has the necessary permits and is registered with the ROPO, such as our store, located at Avd. de Lugo 99, 27550 in Taboada (Lugo).
¿You can send me a Phytosanitary product for Professional Use at home?
No, with the new Royal Decree 285/2021, the professional who purchases the product must appear in person at the establishment with their DNI and Valid Phytosanitary Applicator Card to make the purchase and take the product to the application area, being responsible for both the acquisition and subsequent application or use of the same.
¿I can buy a Phytosanitary for Professional Use on the Internet and pick it up in the store personally?
Yes, in our case, from November 10, 2021, and applying Royal Decree 285/2021, we will show on our website www.comercialmida.es the option of cBuy Phytosanitary Products for Professional Use online but only for subsequent collection in person at the counter in our physical store, provided that the holder of the Phytosanitary Applicator Card presents himself with his ID and matches the data indicated in the web order.

Yes, the new Royal Decree continuesallowing the purchase and sale of Phytosanitary Products for Domestic Use or Phytosanitary Products for Non-Professional Use online. Since for this type of product it is not necessary to be in possession of any type of card The purchase of these products can be made online by receiving the items at the address provided at the time of purchase.
However, it is important to note that, as of November 10, 2021, these transactions will be recorded in the new web application that the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food has enabled to control the sale and use of this type of product.
