Enolim is a powder product specifically studied for proper hygiene in the entire cellar. Enolim represents a valid solution both for the cleaning of barrels, bottles, regular cleaning of utensils and premises, as well as for the sanitation and extraordinary cleaning of moldy barrels, sanitation of containers that have contained altered or vinegared wines, etc.
COMPOSITION
ENOLIM is a detergent based on carbonates, phosphates and polyphosphates. Energetic detergent indicated for the perfect cleaning of barrels, vats, bottles and all the winery equipment. Ideal for cleaning any container that has contained faulty wines or that contains even dry deposits.
DOSAGE AND METHOD OF USE
- Normal cleaning of barrels, containers and cellar equipment:100g in 20/30 liters of water.
- Barrels and other very dirty containers:200g in 20/30 liters of water .
Dissolve the amounts indicated in preferably hot water. With the solution obtained, proceed to wash the containers (20/30 liters of solution are used for containers with a volume of 5 to 10 hl).
