The charcoal filter needs to be changed every 2 - 4 weeks and is compatible with Drinkwell® Avalon fountains and is designed for the Avalon Ceramic fountain. For its part, the foam filter is compatible with Drinkwell® Lotus, Avalon, Pagoda and Stainless Steel 360 fountains.
