The Padrón de Vilmorin pepper seeds are easy and fast growing seeds . This Galician variety originates from the convent of San Francisco de Herbón, in the parish of Padrón. Its protected designation of origin is called Herbon pepper . They are small-sized peppers between about 5 and 10cm , of olive green to yellow . Its gastronomic particularity, in addition to its widespread intense flavor , is that some copies are particularly spicy . They can be consumed fresh, fried or baked. They're a great source of fiber, vitamin C, folic acid, carotenoids, magnesium, potassium and vitamin E . For larger plants, it is recommended to prune the stem when about ten peppers have formed.
