¿Vas a tener un perro? ¿Estás preparado?

You are going to have a dog? You are ready?

You are going to have a dog? You are ready?

It is well known that having dogs is a responsibility. They require attention and care that many people do not take into account when welcoming them.

From our animal blog we help you to properly consider the situation since dogs carry a series of obligations and expenses that not all people can or are willing to assume.

Considering having a dog at home impulsively and without thinking about "The cons", can have serious consequences. Those "cons" They refer to having dogs that require certain care and responsibility on the part of people. When they are puppies they are all very pretty and look like stuffed animals, but they grow up and will be with us between 10 and 15 years.

If you don't have a sense of humor and you're a clean freak... Don't have a dog! Chewed tennis balls and dirty floors are guaranteed!!

We invite you to reflect on these points before having dogs at home:

the size of your house . If you live in a small flat or house, it is not advisable to have a Boxer, even if it is your favorite breed.

our free time . Dogs need to be taken out at least three times a day. There are breeds that are very active and need a lot of exercise. In addition, we must dedicate time to their education.

The economy . We have to take care of their diet and give themdog food  of quality that are appropriate to their age, size, race... Which is a fixed cost every month. In addition, we also have to take care of yourhealth and hygiene, they get sick and we will have to take them to the vet, buy medicine, pipettes, vaccines... and it all adds up.

Physical activity . If you are a sedentary and homely person, do not think that a dog will do the same. Although he is a small breed dog, he needs to move and exercise. It is essential for their development.

The trips . When we go on vacation, we have to make sure that we always have a plan B for the dogs. At a relative's house, in a kennel or even take them with us, but always counting on them.

We can conclude that the important thing is that when we make the decision to welcome a dog at home, it is a responsible, firm and, above all, consistent decision. It will be the best for himfurry and for us.
